Our cottage is open year ‘round and our rates are adjusted seasonally.

All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of booking in the form of cash, money order or cheque. Remaining balance of 50%, to complete full payment, will be required two weeks prior to scheduled date of arrival.
Bookings made within 14 days of scheduled arrival, must be paid in full at time of reservation via next day courier with a money order.
5% GST is payable on all bookings.
Cancellations are permitted but only with a minimum of 14 days, confirmed-written notice, prior to date of arrival, or full payment will not be refunded.
Bookings made within 14 days of scheduled arrival are non-cancelable, and therefore, non-refundable.
Any cancellations that are non-refundable may be transferred to another date during the off-season time, within one year of the cancellation date, pending availability.
